Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Booking: A credit card is required to book any appointment. This card will NOT be charged prior to or after your service, it is only held as a no show protection. You will pay for your service at the time it is completed.

*Lisa can accept cash, card or Venmo.

*Kayla can accept cash or Venmo.

*Thomas can accept cash or card or Venmo.

Confirmations: A Confirmation text will be sent out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy, a reminder text will also be sent out 2 hours before your appointment. All appointments must be confirmed at least 2 hours before your appointment time or they will be canceled and the cancelation fee will be applied.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after the 24 hour window (including unconfirmed appointment cancellations) or no call- no shows are subject to a fee totaling 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals:  Please arrive to your appointment on time. A 15 minute grace period will be given but will cut into your massage time. After 15 minutes you will be considered a no-show and will be charged the 50% service no show fee.
