Custom Massage
Each massage is customized to meet your needs. Whether you need relaxation or therapeutic treatment no extra charge for deeper work. All massages include complimentary aromatherapy & hot towel application.
*30 & 45 minute massages are focus area massages, meant for only 1-2 specific areas needing deeper work.
ENHANCEMENTS
Upgrade your massage one of our enhancements.
HOT STONES/BAMBOO- using basalt stones or Bamboo sticks, heated to a comfortably warm temperature, to add relaxation, heat, and pressure to the massage. Can upgrade any length massage session)
CONTRAST FACIAL MASSAGE- alternating use of heated basalt stones and cold marble or jade stones and gua sha to add stimulation and relaxation to the face. (Can upgrade 75,90, or 120 minute massage sessions)
BACK or FOOT EXFOLIATION- using an exfoliating sugar scrub and mud masque on the back or feet. (Can upgrade 75,90, or 120 minute massage sessions)
CUPPING/ SCRAPING - using either movable silicone/ vacuum, or stationary massage cups to manipulate fascia and soft tissue restrictions (Can upgrade any length massage session)

Packages
Mind Melt Package- 45 minutes of warm oil scalp massage with gentle back scratches. *note: Can be added onto a 60 or 75 minute massage or as its own stand alone service. Signature service with Lisa McGrath LMT 9233 ONLY.
Balance Massage- 60 minute head & foot massage with 30 minutes spent on face, scalp, neck & shoulders & 30 minutes spent on feet and lower legs with foot scrub. *option to add an additional 30 minutes to the back for $50.*
ASMR Gentle Scratches Massage- 60 minute full body gentle scratches to calm the nervous system. No pressure. No lotion. Just light tracing motions on arms, legs, back, and scalp. Service available with Lisa McGrath LMT 9233 ONLY.
